See above, the time taken (150 minutes) to advise me they could not complete anything was after a time estimate of 90 minutes given by the central bookers.
As above .... also many of the staff are very fake and smarmy .I just want good customer service not a cheesy sales person

Bent over backwards to accomadate
I asked for an automatic courtesy car and was given manual. The car that was given to me had absolutely no fuel in it whatsoever so I couldn't get to work.
Again easy to book in car was ready when I picked it up
Steve was brilliant, polite, helpful and communication was excellent. The videos were clear and precise and very helpful.

there was a lot of extra things to add in that I wasn't expecting and the lease option wasn't as good as I had previously experienced with Lex auto lease.

Good comunication with costomers and from my experance the service team try to do their best for their costomers even when issues arrise, which is a plesent change from other dealers!

Whenever I've had cause to ask for assistance it's been available , and always cheerful and helpful. The recent updating of the software was carried out with the minimum of fuss , and entirely as arranged.
Very satisfied. Clare Pepper was extremely helpful and a pleasure to buy my mini with. She kept me updated with the progress of my car and I would thoroughly recommend her to anyone and would definitely go back.

Perfect service, letting me know when parts are expected to run out and giving me quotes for when that happens. Car was clean and tidy, and very friendly service staff who even picked me up and dropped me off at work. Amanda was absolutely brilliant.

Everything was straight forward and handled very promptly.
It was serviced efficiently while I waited. THe time was what I was told. THe centre was very comfortable with drinks , facilities, magazines and internet provided. This made waiting very comfortable.
